Defrost Neck and Shoulders
We reached the peak of tension this week. I try not to listen to the news, not being ignorant but more protective of my own inner space. I try to listen to what is going inside me. And there is a total chaos! Took a 20-mile bike ride to divest of creating stress and invest into creating calmness of being.
